There’s a physical attraction, and then there’s an attraction of personality.   I think that became even better.  When you first get married, you don’t know that person much.  I mean, you don’t understand as much as you do later on, see?  It’s a thing that develops over the years.  Well, after 58 years, you get to know a person so well, that even your thoughts sometimes are the same.  You think the same thing at the same time.  It’s uncanny.

I think that we both have changed over the years.  But there’s a greater understanding as time goes on.  And even now, when we get into a tiff, we get real mad, and then all of a sudden, we burst out laughing.
